SNOW POLICY: When the Oxford Community Center is closed because of snow, then the Food Shelf also is closed. The OCC can be reached at 508-987-6002.

Oxford Residents – Must bring a current utility bill showing their name and Oxford address.

Non-Residents – Must be a registered member of an Oxford Church. The families will be given a “Church Affiliation Form” to have filled out by their church leader. They must also bring a current utility bill showing name and current address.

Registration – Registration takes about 10 minutes and can be completed during the first visit. The USDA Food Program requires that once a year we verify a family’s income level. We simply ask if the family income exceeds a federal guideline amount which is based upon the number of people in the family. We do NOT ask, or need to know, a family's actual income.

Our food shelf is a client-choice food pantry. Our clients use shopping carts and choose the food items their families need and desire.

Two Thursdays Each Month (Any Thursday a family chooses.) – Families can select from these foods: canned vegetables, canned fruits, canned tuna, dry cereals, soups, macaroni and cheese, spaghetti and spaghetti sauce, baked beans, rice, condiments, and snacks. Families will also receive fresh produce, frozen meats, and dairy items as available. We have personal care and cleaning items as available, as well as baby food and donated formula.
